Dear Robert,
I wanted write and let you know that our trip to the Amazon and the Pilche Lodge was wonderful and we all very much enjoyed it. Diego was a great guide, amazingly good at spotting wildlife and a great advocate for the rain forest. Christian was very helpful and patient. The food was fantastic. We really liked that all the meals were made from scratch with fresh ingredients. We especially enjoyed the homeade soups and fresh fruit juices. We also very much enjoyed spending time in the Pilche community and being able to experience their way of life. The driver back to Quito was excellent and got us back there safely.
Thank you again for a wonderful trip!!

Amazon Lodge Indillama. Yes, it was an amazing, learning filled trip with very friendly and lively guides
Wilson and Otorino were amazing at the Sacha Runa lodge. John was great cook and fed us fresh and tasty meals everyday. Both Wilson and Otorino provided a lot of facts and beautifully timed views of the wildlife. It was the best jungle experience I will ever have.

Let Monica know that my trip back to Quito went perfectly. When we got near the airport the bus attendant cam back to get me and escorted me to an awaiting Taxi. Thank her for me.
I also wanted to confirm what I told you on the phone that I truly enjoyed myself on the Amazon Wildlife trip you and your team put together for me. Monica was great and your guide did a wonderful job helping me explore Limoncocha and Yasuni. He did a great job filling me in on the history and peoples of each location and his ability to spot wildlife and provide relevant background in English was top notch.

We had an amazing time in Sacha Runa Lodge, also called Yasuni Indillama Lodge. We highly recommend this place. The food was excellent, even for the vegetarians. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable with their own mosquitos nets. The hikes were lovely and we saw a sloth, different types of monkeys, lots of birds (especially parots) and, during the facultative night tour, spiders and a snake.
Roberto from Amazon wildlife tour was very helpful to prepare the logistics and the local people working at the lodge were lovely and really went the other mile for us. Loved every bit of this tour.

A magical place completely immersed in nature
It was a beautiful and unforgettable experience. Crossing the Amazon forest in the company of a local guide introduced us to many types of plants and endemic animals. Very significant was the knowledge of the Indillama community that made us discover their uses and customs. Going back I would opt for more days, to be able to visit deeper the Park Nacional Yasuni. Recommended
